  I hate this insurance and this place the worst of worst i thought it be better than medicare cause since im paying a monthly fee and is a hmo plan i thought I was going to get great service first i was with dr trula the rudest of all dr's and not professional at all i would highly stay away he cant treat a simple leg issue and the fact that he messes up he goes on saying pick another doctor while leaving u with pain and not fixing the problem the first place no wonder he was rated a 1 star in healthygrades if i would of known i wouldnt pick him there is no communication with this company no help treating a simple leg problem i wish i could still stay with medicare it was free and i got treated there better than this which im paying way to much imma just cancel kaiser and i had them for 1 month as a new memeber thats just embrassing for them as a company my friends and co workers are all canceling this
